Head of Creative Marketing
We're looking for a Head of Creative Marketing to lead and unify the creative and marketing output across our portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of brand, operations, and storytelling.
We are looking for a Head of Creative Marketing to lead and unify the creative and marketing output across our portfolio — Noma, Noma Projects, Noma Kaffe, Barr, Taste Buds, and our growing partnership ecosystem. This is a senior operating role reporting directly to the CEO, sitting at the intersection of brand, operations, and storytelling.
You'll steer the creative direction, marketing roadmap, and the team that brings it all to life — while building the systems and structure that let great work happen consistently and at pace.
The profile we're looking for: a senior creative operator with a genuine point of view on brand, who is equally comfortable shaping the vision and managing the Asana board. Someone who has led small-to-mid teams, understands what Noma is and why that matters, and brings real experience in food, culture, hospitality, or lifestyle.
What You'll Own
Brand Voice & Key Messaging: Define and steward the tone, language, and messaging frameworks across all Noma Group entities. We are looking for someone who can understand and coordinate the interplay of these brands, how they feed off and into each other and need to be one family, but each with their own identity. You'll ensure creative output is coherent, on-brand, and purposeful — whether it's a product label, a newsletter, or a campaign spanning multiple channels.
Creative Direction & Visual Standards: Set the bar for visual and tonal quality across all assets: email, product launches, social, web, and physical collateral. You’ll oversee video and photo shoots, review and provide feedback on creative output, hold deadlines, and maintain consistency across a fast-moving production schedule.
Copywriting Oversight: Oversee all written output across marketing and creative — including newsletters, ads, social content, labels, and physical assets. You'll manage and direct copywriting resources, ensuring writing is sharp, proofed, and aligned with brand voice at every touchpoint.
Marketing Road Mapping & Decision-Making: Build and own the marketing calendar and planning infrastructure. You'll map campaigns and asset production against key moments, align marketing with social and promotional pushes, and make the prioritization calls that keep the team moving. Comfort with tools like Asana, Klaviyo, Shopify, and similar platforms is expected.
Budget & Operations: Own the annual marketing budget in partnership with the Head of Finance, with sign-off authority on paid campaigns and growth spend. You'll manage agency, vendor, and freelance relationships — hiring, briefing, and holding external partners to a high standard.
Team Leadership: You'll manage the Social and Creative Marketing teams directly, including:
Manager of Social (who oversees Social Producer)
Marketing Manager (joining November)
Roster of freelance contractors, vendors and agencies.
You're a builder as much as a manager — someone who develops people, creates clarity, and raises the ceiling on what the team can do.

You Bring
8–12 years of experience in creative marketing, with at least 3–4 years in a senior or leadership role
A track record leading small-to-mid teams through a mix of vision-setting and day-to-day execution
Strong editorial instincts for copy writing and digital content production
Ability and existing status to legally work in Denmark
Experience owning a marketing roadmap end-to-end, not just executing within one
Comfort holding both the creative and operational sides of a marketing function
Experience in food, culture, hospitality, or lifestyle — and a genuine understanding of what Noma represents in that world
The Job is based in Copenhagen with the preferred start date this summer 2026.
