Barr is looking for a structured and team-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team in Copenhagen.

Set in our historic home on Strandgade, Barr celebrates the cooking and traditions of the North Sea region, with a menu rooted in craft, generosity, and a deep respect for hospitality. We are looking for a strong and thoughtful leader to help guide the restaurant floor, support our team, and ensure every guest experience reflects the warmth and care that Barr is known for.

As Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Head Chef, Sommelier and wider leadership team to oversee the daily operation of the restaurant. You will play a key role in leading service, developing the front-of-house team, and maintaining a high standard across every part of the guest experience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in a management role within hospitality

• Leads with calm, confidence, and kindness

• Has a genuine love of restaurants, service, food, and wine

• Is highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example on the floor

• Enjoys building team culture and supporting others in their growth

• Speaks English fluently; Danish is a plus, but not a requirement

The role will include:

• Leading daily restaurant service and supporting the front-of-house team throughout service

• Working closely with the management team on staffing, training, and team development

• Helping to maintain a strong service culture rooted in warmth, precision, and professionalism

• Overseeing the flow of service and ensuring a consistently high level of guest care

• Supporting reservations, floor planning, communication, and operational structure where needed

• Being a visible and steady presence for both guests and team members
