Located in Copenhagen's historic Strandgade, Barr has recently reopened following an extensive renovation. We are building a kitchen team that is passionate about honest cooking, exceptional ingredients, craftsmanship, and working together to create memorable experiences for our guests.

About the Role
As a chef at Barr, you'll work alongside a passionate team preparing seasonal dishes inspired by the food traditions of the North Sea.
Our menu celebrates classic techniques while embracing the creativity, precision, and ingredient-focused philosophy that defines our kitchens. Every service is built on collaboration, consistency, and genuine care for both our guests and each other.
You'll play an important role in delivering food of the highest standard while contributing to a positive and supportive kitchen culture.
We're looking for people who:
Have previous professional kitchen experience
Are passionate about cooking and hospitality
Care deeply about ingredients, craftsmanship, and attention to detail
Thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
