The news is out: we are coming back to Copenhagen after our residency in Los Angeles, and with that we are looking for new members to join our FOH team.
Here at noma we work with a large group of people – international, vibrant, and curious. Our service kitchen is the heart of the restaurant and as a team we flow through the restaurant, a union of chefs and servers that come together and create the most wonderful dining experience for our guests.
To keep on our toes, we organize weekly sessions with the waiters to learn more about all the aspects of the place: from field trips to distilleries to sessions with knifemakers and hunters – you name it!
As part of our FOH team, you will be with us ensuring a smooth service in our dining room and handling the preparation that goes into the set up before and after. You must be charismatic, positive, unpretentious, and the best teammate.
The job comes with a four-day work week, private health care, pension and a beautiful garden to have your staff break in.

What we are looking for:
Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality
Fluent in English – additional language is a bonus
Knowledge of the basics of food and noma
A basic understanding of wine and beverages
A curiosity about the intricacies of the service industry
Flexibility and an individual that is happy to call many places home
We offer five weeks of paid vacation, pension plan, insurance, standard Danish health care (free doctor and hospital), plus additional private healthcare provided by noma which includes dental, physiotherapy, osteopath, psychologist and more. If the right individual is out of the EU system, we will help to provide legal support for visa processing.
